KINGDOM KIDS

The Kingdom Kids ministry at Hidden Valley is the church's Sunday School. Laurie Mashburn directs the Kingdom Kids program, and has done this since the church began in the year 2000. Under Laurie's direction, the children are taught the Bible in a setting that is age-appropriate, and Christ-centered. The goal is that children would come to know Christ in a personal relationship with Him, as they explore the Scriptures in an organized, and FUN way.

At Hidden Valley Presbyterian Church, we believe that children need to be taught from the Word of God from a very early age. Since we belive that it is through the Bible that the Almighty God still speaks to his people, children at HVPC are given a Biblical foundation through weekly education. Our Kingdom Kids' program uses the David C. Cook Bible-In-Life materials.
 
Kingdom Kids meets during the second half of the 10:30 AM worship service. Kingdom Kids includes four classes. The different classes will include one for children ages 3 through 5, one for K. through 2nd grade, one for 3rd grade through 5th, and another for those in 6th grade through 9th grade.
